PHILLIP ISLAND PENGUIN TOURS
Philip Island is located about two hours drive South East of Melbourne and is home to the world-famous Phillip Island Penguin Parade. Each night at sunset the penguins come in from the Ocean to spend the night in their inland burrows. It’s a magnificent spectacle that you can view from three grandstands as well as the boardwalks as the penguins make their way up to 2 kilometers inland. The penguin parade time varies during the year, in the middle of summer it can be as late as 9:30 pm, while in winter it can be as early as 5:30 pm.
